Rights and Peace (Droits et Paix)

Rights and Peace is an association whose aim is to protect and promote human rights, advocate for peace and non-violence, and improve prison conditions. It was founded in 2005 by Nestor Toko Monkam, a lawyer at the Cameroon bar since 2001 and a human rights defender. It is currently the only Cameroonian organisation that is a member of the World Coalition Against the Death Penalty in Cameroon.
