The Anti-Death Penalty Asia Network (ADPAN) is a regional network of organisations and individuals committed to working towards the abolition of the death penalty in the Asia Pacific geographic zone. ADPAN is composed of NGOs, organisations, civil society groups, lawyers and individual members. It is not affiliated with any political party, religion, or government.
