Among the main topics of the day:

Reminder :

The Maghreb states have a de facto moratorium. The death penalty is in force, but no executions have been carried out for more than 10 years. Thus, Algeria and Morocco have been under a de facto moratorium since 1993, Mauritania since 1987 and Tunisia since 1991.
